This smoothie is what I love to name an aromatherapy massage for the taste buds, stomach, and mind. Have you ever added lavender to your drink? It’s like consuming a bottle of tranquility. I highly recommend it.
- 1 cup ice (optional)
- 1 cup coconut milk or soy milk of choice
- 1 cup packed baby spinach
- 1 cup frozen blueberries
- 1/2 peeled, pitted avocado ( optional)
- 1/2 banana
- 2 scoops protein powder of choice.
- 1/2 tablespoon pure honey
- 1 teaspoon dried lavender
- 1mL CBD oil (16.6 mg)
What to do:
- Put all the ingredients in a blender and blend on high for 60-seconds, or until smooth.
- Pour into glasses, some honey on top, and enjoy!
